All our metal buildings are the same except flooring. Some have concrete floors and others have gravel. There is a price difference between the two floorings. Our employees will have the only keys to the buildings, so you must call at least 24 hours in advance of taking out or bringing in any vehicle or boat.

Cars will be parked and locked by you in your individual parking space. You take the car keys home with you. Most cars can be removed during the winter.

Boats are assigned parking spaces as they arrive for winter storage. After a boat is brought in, other boats are parked in front of it.

Therefore most boats cannot be removed before April 1. If you need to remove your boat earlier, please note it on your reservation. Tell the parking attendant when you bring your boat in for winter storage.

Insurance We carry no insurance on your boat, car etc. Our rental contract requires you carry fire, theft, and vandalism on any item stored with us.

Seasonal Rates The year is divided into two rental seasons. Winter is from October 1 through April 30. Summer is from May through September 30. During the winter we rent only for the entire season. Our price remains the same whether you use all seven months or less. During the five months of our summer season we rent by the month or for the entire season.

Advanced Winter Reservations With a $45 deposit and the reservation form, a parking space will be reserved until November 1. We will hold your reservation beyond November 1 if half of the total seasonal rental is paid by November 1. The winter seasonal rate can be in two installments, half paid when the vehicle is brought in and the second half on January 31.

Motor Homes Are parked in the same buildings as the boats. Because of their size, we cannot bring motor homes in until the boats are in., usually early November. We must also remove motor homes early (last Saturday of March) to be able to get to the boats. We call this our Center Aisle or Center Driveway Parking. Motor homes and travel trailers parked in the center aisle are parked one in front of another (sometimes ten in a row) and are all removed on the last Saturday of March.

Dear Customer:
It’s time to plan for our winter season. The season will again be from October l, 2011 through April 30, 2012. If the need arises, you may begin storage in August or September at just $55 per month. We will be available for appointments Monday through Saturday with 24 hours notice. We’re closed on Sunday. Please give us at least 24 hours notice when you want to bring in your car, boat, or camper. Our price schedule is listed below. To be assured of a parking place this winter, please complete and return the reservation form on the back of this letter along with your $45 deposit by September 1, 2011. Half of the rental is due when the car, boat, or camper is brought in and the second half will be due by January 31, 2012. If you have not begun storage by November 1, 2011, the first half of the storage fee will be due then.

If you have a question please call us. The best time to reach us is weekday mornings from 8 to 11.

The price for a pop-up camper is the same as a same length boat. If you need your boat out before April 1, 2012 (EARLY OUT) please be sure to note (EARLY OUT) on your reservation form. Early out parking spaces for boats (especially for boats over 18’ in length) ARE LIMITED SO GET YOUR RESERVATION IN EARLY!

We do have two phone numbers, but they usually only ring at one location, the Rolf Road Office. The only exception is those Saturday mornings when we are scheduled to be open at both locations. Then each phone will ring at their separate locations, but no one is generally in the office at Caton Farm because we are out working in the buildings, so please use the Rolf Road phone number. AGAIN, THE WORST TIME TO CALL IS FRIDAY OR SATURDAY! For ALL mailing, please use only the Post Office Box listed on the letterhead.
